After filling out this application, you should receive an e-mail and follow up letter establishing your account within 3 to 4 days. If you are in a rush to establish terms with an order pending, please indicate on the form below. You can also use your Visa or MasterCard to place an order.

TERMS: Commercial accounts are only opened for established businesses with a positive credit history. Our terms are net 30 days and we do not offer an early pay discount. Invoices are typically processed and mailed within 2 days of the order. Accounts that become 15 days past due will automatically be put on a COD or Credit Card Only basis until the past due amount is paid.
